This policy explains what personal information Digital Product Forecast, operated by Elizabeth Peck (Queensland, Australia), collects, why, and what choices you have. We handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to run your subscription, and we never sell your data.

1. What we collect

Account details: your name and email address, handled through our sign-in provider (Clerk).
Payment details: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never see or store your full card number.
Usage data: basic, mostly aggregated information about pages visited and features used, so we can improve the Service.
Cookies: essential cookies that keep you signed in and the Service working. We do not use advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

To give you access to the Service and your monthly drops.
To process your subscription and send service emails (receipts, important updates).
To understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.

We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party providers to run the Service, and share only what each needs: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and our email provider. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or export it. Email liz@itslizpeck.com and we will action it. You can close your account at any time, after which we delete or anonymise your data except where we must keep records (for example, tax and payment records).

5. Data security and retention

We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, and keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal obligations.

6. Children

The Service is for business owners and is not directed at children. Do not use it if you are under 16.
